Sex Toys and Firearms: The True Perversity of American Culture
un.conventional 2 years ago America is a country of great contrasts. We export a hyper-sexualized MTV culture around the globe in one of the most powerful forms of cultural colonialism to date. Yet right back at home, we struggle to keep our sex laws in even the twentieth century, never mind the twenty-first.
It would seem that progress is slow. It took the Supreme Court ruling of Lawrence v Texas in 2003 to finally strike down the sodomy laws that remained on the books in many U.S. states. You’ll be pleased to know that as of 2005 pre-marital sex is finally legal in Virginia.

Fight against Sex Toys is sooo lame
I work for adult retail, and it really sad that our store in SC has so much trouble staying open.... the local government seems to think that women having orgasms is evil, and that little kids can make it all the way to the back room... what the hell is wrong with this country anyway? all we see is sex on the television, and dammit, SEX IS AWESOME, so why hide from it on the legal level?
something about who makes $ off what.... as usual with this country! lol

wow
that premarital thing is funny
The thing that gets me about sex in this country is that I believe we are the most carnally deprived. And yet we are exporting this false nostalgia that you step foot on american soil and you are immediately amidst some sort of a sex pit orgy...
All the porn and the sexually suggestive advertising and programming is satisfying the superficial desires, minus the true carnal feelings that only two people can create together. I'd like to see Viagra's quarterly statement's over the last several years.
