Drums

Trance states are drummed out at 8Hz to 15Hz. My experiences have been nothing but wonderful. I have many drums, some given as gifts, some purchased in Ghana by me, many I have carved out and created by hand by pounding out copper or aluminum. My favorite is the Redwood tree stump that I stretched out a full cowskin over. It is about the size of a volkswagen bug roof and can be beat upon by many at once causing quite the vibration. The kids like that drum the best. The experience of 20 to 30 people in a drum circle is enjoyed by animals and humans alike.

nice

i would love to learn drumming, any kind really. drum circles are super powerful. I used to hear them a lot in MI but not so much here in Portland. I guess there is a guy who sets up on Hawthorne now and does some drumming and wants people to just join in and play. It's pretty cool.

My roommate and I have been experimenting with binaural beats and I'll soon be posting a blog with sites to go to and things to download so you can having this going on in your head. it totally works. today when I got home he had me listen to 7.8 which is the schumann resonance and 432 as the other beat and it completely cleared in about 15 min what it might have taken me all night to clear. Energy that is, like: energy from the day and what I picked up and how tired felt and so on. Just boom! Like a binaural beat bomb. so great. have fun drumming!

Ever tried 444hz?

I find it lovely. When you tune your A to 444hz, the C is 528 hz, which is a part of the solfeggio scale, the natural scale of many universal proportions. Several of the other notes then fit the scale, too, but I forgot their frequencies. Feels nice :)

When I tried out the 432 hz tuning, I found it nice too, but in a different way. Has a slower, more trancy feel, whereas the 444 tuning feels more uplifting and refreshing. Both better than 440 tuning tho, which feels dead and stiff in comparison. Just my experience with it tho. Thanks for sharing this!!!
