So a friend and I were talking the other day and we kinda talked about how we thought it would be amazing to start a group who goes up into the forests around our city and does drugs, plays instruments sings, dances and whatever else any of the above or anything else u can think of excluding any of the above etc. but we were thinking of calling it the Green Church but not like literally keep that term necessarily. I'm just wondering what you guys all think about this ha, does it sound like something you'd wanna do? Or does it sound like reinventing of the hippie lol. We're not goin for like a new modern hippie style but just a cool undefined way of everyone connecting with each other and nature and having a fun spiritual party/festival thing. And I forgot also, there would be lots of deep conversation and sharing of ideas etc. What do you think?

Good Idea!

Sort of reinventing the hippie, but also a great and fresh idea. I like it, I say you should go for it, do it, and if I lived near ya I would want to be invited!

sounds fun

experiment buddy and see what works and what doesn't... I actually would like to do something similar... not like a church or religion but more like group meditation and conscious alter state traveling... the only problem is that I live next to Juarez Mex and I don't want to purchase drugs that come from the cartels, I do not wish to support their doings with my money...

Good luck and be safe

Awesome!

Awesome!

Call it what you will

Totally reinventing the hippie... but isn't the concept of a hippie just a stereotype anyway? Hippies are awesome! I have basically embarked on this type of path for myself, and it was a really transformative time for me. I know others who have basically gone along a similar path of action but with different intentions, and I don't really think they got the same level of deep self-reflection out of it. I think if this seems like something that would be powerful and meaningful to you, then it certainly will be.
