Also you can substitute most inner oriented activities in place of the attunements with similar results.
Here are some healing/spiritual mastery techniques from my February update. Although the article refers to getting the most from your attunement, the techniques can be used with or without the attunement. I hope you find the techniques enjoyable and useful.
