Epstin - My thoughts and observations...

I started taking Epstin one month ago on Friday, August 21st. I have since noticed that while I continued to have cycles of pain and fatigue, I did experience a wonderful change during this time. Whether or not it is a result of the Epstin is unclear....

Epstin - One Week Later...

I started taking Epstin one week ago today. One major thing that I have noticed, is that I am now taking my time, moving more slowly through life. I have not felt as rushed or hurried in the past few days, particularly.

Biodrux Guineapig Blogject part 5

I got the first feedback about the Biodrux blog from Valentina, who commented that not only from reading my blog but also from seeing me change moods she was convinced that the mixture must be working. I am glad I am not imagining things. Now I only hope I won’t have any other monkey but a Bonobo sitting on my shoulders when the pills run out.

The Epstin Experiment

Less than a year ago, I began to experience major fatigue, as well as strange, constant aching pains in my arms and legs. I had been bitten by a deer tick in October 2008, and the pain and fatigue started a few weeks after I discovered the tick on me.

Leitzin, Long Term

Ok, so I've been faithfully taking about 6 Leitzin capsules a day for the past couple of weeks. I think it does have some effect, of a similar magnitude to getting some exercise.

The Daily Gumbo

Hello there -

I'm supposed to be blogging about the Biodrux product Noagin and I've run into a few snags. For one, is my disappointment in not getting the Appetite Suppressant Lip Balm, whose main active ingredient seems to be Rhubarb. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, of which I am a Doctor, this herb is quite famous for causing instant diarrhea. Adventures in not eating, for sure.

Leitzin update

I just wanted to check in and post a quick update as to how things are going. I'm having another health problem right now that has distracted me from experimenting with cures for mild mood swings and haven't been using Leitzin regularly enough to notice any long-term difference.

Bioprin Trial

After two days taking Bioprin (an anti-inflamitory), my 60 year aches and pains started to let go a wee bit, and I actually felt pretty darn good...so good, in fact, I actually started dancing to some music I was enjoying...not typical of me lately. I really did feel more limber and less constrained by my normal stiffness.

The A.Balm vs. the Samosa

Today marked week one since I began using the A.Balm. In terms of mindful eating, it wasn't a successful one since this concoction seems to be no match for my Punjabi family.

Leitzin, day 1

I just got back from visiting my family in NY last night. I ate a lot of junk and sloughed about the whole trip, so it was no surprise that a black mood descended upon me this morning. When I got home from work just now, a package full of Leitzin was waiting for me. Hallelujah.
