I just came from a lecture. There were three speakers from NORML, you know? The national organization for reforming marijuana laws.. I have work to do so I will be brief.

So I woke up this morning and started thinking about Cannabis. What does it mean to me? I feel inspired to try to write a little about the history of cannabis in America, and where I feel it is likely going. I got on reality Sandwich and Evolver and instantly noticed a couple of interesting articles.

Have you ever sat back and thought about the IDEA of a "DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE" and a "CONSTITUTION?"

The United States Constitution ROCKS!! We have soooo many RIGHTS that we CAN EXCERSIZE in America (we need a few amendments, tho). :)

I think it is a Duty to excersize our Political Rights. I have a duty to be involved politically. This is called Civic Duty.

The last fully baked ZOOMDOUT blog focused on a rather rational deconstruction of religion. I proposed that the five major religious prophets probably used a psychedelic vehicle to reach The Essence we call God, YHWA, Allah...

This is the best pot documentary I’ve seen yet. It tears into the most commonly heard myths regarding cannabis. This movie is to cannabis/hemp what food inc. was for the food industry. It puts everything into perspective for the average human.

Where’s Muhammad?

Yeah. That’s Buddha sitting in the middle of a field-full of mushrooms, rolling a J. It’s 4:20, and Moses, Jesus, Buddha and Krishna are all wondering why their prophet-buddy, Muhammad, is late for their afternoon session.

"Hemp produces the most biomass of any crop, which is why it is the natural choice for an energy crop. Hemp converts the sun's energy into cellulose faster than any other plant, through photosynthesis. Hemp can produce 10 tons of biomass per acre every four months. Enough energy could be produced on 6% of the land in the U.S.

Marijuana, along with chocolate and broccoli are gifts from God. Now that doesn't mean because they are gifts that you should abuse them. Eat too much chocolate and you'll get fat. Plus its has a high saturated fat content.

"Killing Me Softly" by Roberta Flack and later the Fugees has always been a favorite song of mine. I'd always sing it on karaoke but it wasn't until a few months ago that the words that I always sang actually spoke to me. For the longest time I never gave much thought into the meaning of the song.

Drugs mess-up your head. This message is carried explicitly or implicitly within every warning on illegal drugs. The warnings are very rarely placed alongside a balanced description of their benefits. If this were the case we would see: ‘Sometimes drugs mess-up your head, and sometimes they help solve your mental problems’.
