So many rumblings lately, ruminations on how severely Evolver has felt the deep freeze of this long winter. Fellow travelers are projecting their own frustrations with personal stagnation onto the collective. What Evolver stands for (in my mind) is not something that moves us, or guides us - but something that we move and we guide with intent & action.
In this day and age Phoenix needs to be digitally connected mind to mind and face to face with like-minded people who wish to see all the benefits to neighborhood and community that such a connection would provide. This is the future and we are its shapers. Let's find each other and do some good around here.
Greetings fellow evolvers. I had previously made a project for this but I think this is better. I am a musician and I have this project of mine called 'Anima L' and I am looking for open-minded, open-hearted, compassionate, artistic, visionary people to collaborate on this in various ways and I figured this would be the best place to start.
I have a proposal, an idea. The following is my best argument why it should be done. This is a little bit of a technical argument/explanation, so feel free to join in or give ideas. And please talk to me because I can't write out everything.

The Manifest Positivity advocacy journalism collective is expanding in a great way, with our newest contributor spearheading a project that will offer college credit for internships we'll be offering starting this fall. Her report on today's meeting follows...

A couple months ago I gave a talk at the Atlanta spore on the Mayan Sacred Calendar (Tzolkin). We've gone a bit deeper with a few people locally at Sunday Brunch at the Nomads Lounge, but now we've got an outstanding opportunity for people to learn about the Tzolkin from a great (nomadic) resource, Merrill!
Catching up: I've had several conversations with Cheryl Honey from CommunityWeaving.org and she's been very helpful by both networking me with other people and testing video chat services.

Last night, I gave a talk at the Atlanta Evolver Spore on the Mayan Sacred calendar, or Tzolkin, as a means of organizing collaboration. We in Atlanta are using this as a way to guide the timing of work, play and conversation. The talks were recorded so hopefully the video will be available shortly :)
