I decided at the beginning of the year that in 2010 I would say yes to any opportunity that came my way and see where it would lead me. So far it has been great I am pleased to report!
However in my enthusiasm to just say yes when a great opportunity came my way to travel to the other side of the world I forgot to consider something very important:
I'm 23 days into working on my root chakra. I've been meditating every night and getting regular sleep. I've given up alcohol and ciggarettes. I feel more energised than ever.
