Spirit, A Poem

We may have been here before
we may be here again
surely we have been, somewhere, someway...

Our History, Our Grace

Much is left to be done, much remains on our plates to be addressed, pushed for, believed in, stood up to... but knowing that so much is possible in so little time, so few rotations of one small planet among the stars, fuels my internal fire to never stop believing in the change we know is possible...

The Four Elements

Influenced by my "Esoteric Symbols" blog tour, fellow esotericist Jen Francis begins working on talismans associated with each symbol. Pictured above are fire, air, water and earth, ordered according to the directions of their movement.

Evolver Full Moon Ceremony?

Hey everyone,

A few years ago I was inspired under the light of the full moon with the idea of people in many different places envisioning a healed, whole world.

I have done this practice for a few years by myself, but I wanted to invite interested folks to spend some time under the full moon tonight or tomorrow night envisioning a regenerative, restored world for people and nature.

Esoteric Symbol Three: Earth

The formulation of the four ethereal elements of fire, water, earth and air is more often than not attributed to the speculative thought of Empedocles of Acragas (492-432BCE). It was generally agreed amongst most Pre-Socratic philosophers that these four primary differentiations were the first spawn of a basic substance known as the prima materia that has existed for time immemorial.

Guests of the Earth

The earth is the home to millions of species. Humans are just one species out of hundred of thousands of plants, animals, fungi and bacteria. Even against such odds humans have become the most invasive organism the planet has ever seen. Since the beginning of conscious awareness, humans have felt the need to excercise our power over the world around us.

Review of my short film - Second Last House on the Left

Whenever I visit the site of Kilcrea Abbey & castle Co. Cork Ireland, I wonder about the lives of the people who lived there 500 years ago. At the start of this film Terrence McKenna is speaking about the Rig Veda of ancient Hinduism. Apparently a lot of old knowledge has been lost in India. He goes on to talk about the book burning at the Alexandria library.

September 30th 2011

We walk through our days looking down, literally and metaphorically avoiding eye-contact with the Earth and its alive content. So lightly we take the depth of life; so nonchalant we act over the beauty of each day; and how ignoring we are of our fellow men and women's story. Happiness is a natural state of being, nothing to be found somewhere, therefore found everywhere.

#OccupyWallSt is Common Sense!

I visited the occupation of Wall Street late afternoon yesterday, after recording this Freak Storm sermon. What an unusual time we live in. Tropical storms and people storms sweep through the public squares. Climate change and national debt are Devils releasing deadly energy. Leaders in politics seem like ciphers, drained of energy.

Nature Of Things

The seed planted, grows, flowers, withers and dies; its joy of beauty brought to the living eye, needless to its purpose or reason to decry, for it is the nature of Being, that it is most alive.

Undefined Predator - Mired In The Muck

Mired in the muck that is humanity's mindless masses that retard fluidity of creative creationism to attain a worldly construct that brushes the borders of utopic co-existence fed by the progressive mutual contribution of the individual singularly, reflected in the collective whole.

Earth as a body.....

The earth is a body, nature and humans its organs. The electrical responses in its schumann cavity, clouds and electrical body are mental functions. Its lava is its blood and its plates its nervous system. When I speak to the earths consciousness I make sure it knows I am not owner of the property below our feet but care taker and kin with. As an "organ" this is our place.

Earthly events in our conscious awareness

I find it interesting that everytime the earth shakes, someone says its a comet, someone else says its the HAARP program in Alaska, other people says 'Earth mom is pissed', etc. But when is a quake just a natural and awesome planetary phenomenon?

Earth Preaching

Believing that the Earth is our god, government, economy and culture - all wrapped into one big institution - that is simple common sense!  When we draw our last breath together, all the functions of living will be mixed together in that one breath.  There won't be separate powers anymore.

Alarmist?  Pessimistic?  Radical?  … are things so bad?
