It's so easy to slip into the snare of negative thinking. Especially when your senses are provided so much evidence.

For every negative thought, there should be an equal and positive affirmation.

Refocus.

It's probably not that important anyway.

Sustainability. A hot word in a hot melting pot currently. Arguably, a subjective word indeed. The things one could consider sustainable are often attached to individually ideal scenarios. The puzzle is still coming together folks.

It's true. Happy is sexy. We all know it, so we spend tons of energy trying to be it. Happy. Sexy.

The Fabian Guerra Jr. Benefit show was one of the most amazing musical/ emotional experiences of my life. I cried for the first time ever on stage. This happened during a duet between our vocalists Dana Okon and Kelly Kruse, the tune was written after our ex manager and dear friend Fabian was killed in a car accident in June.
