When living in the society, it is very easy to become disconnected from the consequences of ones actions. We have been conditioned to accept things at face value without giving much thought to the circumstances which surround the infrastructure of our daily lives.
.Our society is afflicted with a plague of emptiness. Every where you look you will see people clinging onto this material world, impervious to the impending destruction that lies in wait. People everywhere reach out in an attempt to fill a void. This void has been created out of the utter lack of spiritual fulfillment, a lack of connectedness.
It is our intention to use these inscriptions to catalyze transformation within the depths of the collective consciousness. These words are an offering to the Eternal Spirit which underlies all things. Allow us to rest in the heart of the Divine as we commune together in absolute unity.
I'm sorry if I come off a bit harsh here, but I feel that this needs to be addressed. I'm sure everyone recieved the same email I did from Evolver/Reality Sandwich regarding the "Ayahuasca and San Pedro Retreat with Daniel Pinchbeck". Now I may be alone in my feelings, but is this really the best way to "evolve"?
I believe humanity is at a major intersection on our way to whatever it is we’re going to become. The decisions we make as a species in the next few years are going to be big players in our fate. We face environmental disasters ranging from climate change to hurricanes and earthquakes. We face problems with our excessive way of life & even with the currency we use to fuel it.
I think I know what 2012 will bring. I think we will feel and accept our 'oneness' in a completely natural way, like we now feel and accept the shining of the sun or the wind on our faces. I think this awareness will bring an end to the kernel of fear inside which generates confusion and misbehavior.
Why do I think this? I can feel it when I meditate.
I've been feeling the compulsion to write a lot lately. I have all these intense feelings and emotions with no real outlet. I'm not really alone but I feel alone most of time because the people I interact with most on a daily basis really don't share the same internal truths which is totally fine, it just makes you feel pretty lonely (does that make sense?).
A sustainable spiritual Calendar for the Age of Aquarius 2012
I suppose by now many of you have heard about the Mayan Calendar ending on 2012. I look at this as a sign that another calendar is to begin. It is an ending and rebirth to a calendar for the long awaited "Age of Aquarius" that has been dawning for quite some time.
Happy New Year to all my fellow Evolvers! Last year, our country was rocked by financial upheaval, and many of us have become enlightened, engaged and looking for answers to many of these complex issues that the financial upheaval has raised. This year, in my opinion, is the year for continued education, and more importantly, action.
There seems to be alot of concern lately about changes in the earth. With the devistation in Haiti and all the quake activity around Yellowstone National park.My heart goes out to all those in Haiti with what they are dealing with and what they will have to deal with for some time to come. I think we should all be on notice.
I was 13 years old when Y2K rolled around. I had my stash of MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat). We lit off fireworks, got drunk, and smoked cheap cigars. I wasn't worried per se, but there was that excitement of not really knowing what the future would bring, and the recognition that the future was right at hand.
