Just wanted to share a site with folks that I recently came across. SHFT was co-founded by Adrien Grennier (Entourage) and is a great example of someone putting their exposure and notoriety to good use in a beneficial way.

But what does it mean?
Does it mean to know one's character with all its faults/virtues, failings/successes, or to know the limitations of human nature?
What is the "self"?
Now and then (when we're not being particularly kind) we might refer to a person as being "plastic," meaning that they don't seem to be authentic, or that they're overly concerned with surface appearances. While we usually mean it in a mildly derisive way, it's really an entirely accurate description, not of just some people, but of everyone, and in fact, of every thing too.
