There are a lot of things I am not sure of... which is the Human Condition.

There are a lot of things I know from experience; which is to be human.

There are two types of belief-systems:
Believing with the mind & Believing with the heart

Dieta is a Spanish word that simply means ‘diet’. It is troubling to see so many people especially young people as having no duty to family, society and especially Spirit. People trivialize these lacks believing that family. society and Spirit are external entities that they can choose to disregard as irrelevant to the quality of their life experience. This is heartbreakingly short sighted.

I wanted to take a brief moment to share with the community a recent documentary & accompanying site that some of you may very well have already come into contact with. If not, I cannot possibly recommend both the film and site enough as we strive for a brighter future.

This little film shows Tuesday's simulcast between the London and New York OCCUPY communities. I flew out to the encampment at St. Paul's Cathedral, and we sang the 99% song together, across the Atlantic - what a wonderful moment! That made the whole London visit worth it - when Londoners held up a sheet to show the Stop Shopping Choir from Wall Street.

A few years ago I was inspired under the light of the full moon with the idea of people in many different places envisioning a healed, whole world.

I have done this practice for a few years by myself, but I wanted to invite interested folks to spend some time under the full moon tonight or tomorrow night envisioning a regenerative, restored world for people and nature.

We have been trained and programmed to seek and amplify our differences,
rather then to enjoy what we share in common.
This little writing aims to balance the forces and looks for what unites our human tribes, rather then what divides us.

There are many powers of energetic Unification in our abundant Universe.

I will mention the basic power of Four:

* Sun

* Oxygen

* Water
