Many moons ago I had what could be termed the first of my extra-sensory experiences...I was informed by a friend of mine about a technique he described as something that would enable 'dream navigation'. He told me this technique and said that I had to stick to it very ridgedly but if you did it was almost guaranteed to work.
Campbell has mentioned in his workshops that the term “out of body” is misleading. The term should really be “out of mind.” By “mind” what is being referred to is the limitations of psychology and preconditioned mental networks—the assumed, the previously experienced, the programmed, the conditioned state of operational conscious awareness.
