“Kinetic military action” is really just another way to say war, while sounding scientific/PC, just, and non-aggressive.

Now that LIBYA is liberated with Canada's assistance, there will be a mad rush to capture lucrative contracts to rebuild what NATO bombs destroyed... how will Canada fair in the competition?

The cards have been dealt, held tightly to the chest, each players' choosing will define what comes next:

Lost by the largess of responsible minds

Unfulfilled, with some regret

This post is not what one can call a message that cheers us up.. But it is a very clear message about what is possibily going on with Lybia.

The first thing ofcourse I thought and for sure lots of you guys also was when the war in Lybia started is o the UN/US wants to help and free the people of Lybia..?! and so the thing to do this is by bombing it and killing them and their homeland..??!

While the US, UK, France and Italy dropped missiles on Libya this after-noon I and a small group of folks were on the relatively empty streets of downtown Phoenix protesting this new war and all US wars.

I am bemused by being in this moment. I am swept into the sacrificial spirals of the sacred. I am wept along with the women and men of Egypt. We have been gifted by their incredible dream of freedom. Their incredible belief of self, community, and truth. Their persistent prayers have produced a miracle that will undoubtedly ripple throughout our histories of past, present, future.

Uncle Sam, Ares, Mars, Kali, Apis, Odin. There are a million names, but all of them suggest that War is indeed a Public Figure. War has gotten so big it demands its own presence. It's "inevitable," it's "natural," it's War! War even has its own kamikaze game show - it cameos on the News almost every night. I mean, War is a success, to say the least. It's been championed by our species since the beginning of ignorance, I mean time. It's wild. It's crazy, and for some reason, it seems like it's always been there. Here. Everywhere.

I was going to post this on the old Breaking Open the Head forums, because I've gained a lot from them even though I came to them about 5 years after they stopped being really active, to pay my respects to the challenge and the inspiration of the forums, but the registration software is no longer working in the forums or doesn't work on my laptop. So I'll post this here.
