2012 Tarot * Fair Water Black Dragon * the Delusion of Success

Being that the dragon is symbolic of wisdom and longevity, and black of mystery and “the depths of the unknown,” and both of power and primordial elements, it is little wonder that a large number of Tarot cards reflect upon such a black dragon.

Esoteric Symbol One: Water

In the esoteric language, the four elements are not to be confused with the four corporeal manifestations of the same name. They are merely the initial or primary differentiations of the primal virginal substance of all creation, the prima materia. All of them exhibit two of four secondary properties–hot, cold, dry and moist.

Is peace already here?

Buddha said: "Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned."

Something Seth Misterka said at an early Green Bus Tour meeting about the 1960's has stuck with me over this past year, "This time we don't need anger and righteous indignation, we need love."

Ecology friendly, Self Sustaining communities

Lets go back in time to when we were learning what are the basic needs of people.

1) Clean Oxygen
2) Shelter
3) Food
4) Water

The current system in place of capitalism and democracy does not work for the people, does not work for sustainability and does not work ecologically.

Just Don't Blame Your Mother

Humans beings shouldn’t feel compelled by other human beings to do anything they do not personally desire to do. Humans shouldn’t have to work in order to survive. Everyone should be provided for, no matter what, simply because mother earth allows for it to be that way.

Life in the Water

We have a schizophrenic feeling about water. We grow up with the loving mysterious frame of the blue lakes, of fluffy clouds and sunsets over oceans. Our youthful baptism grows into swimming and then into honeymooning on a white sand beach. We love water near us – how it seems to hold life in it.

Swaying to the Sound of a Sorrowful, Storyless Song

The pre-moon, now moon has me dripping silver and welling in the feminine. Waters breech the stories that have been staked down in the sands of my sensuous. Soaked, the flattened flags now quilt the sea and I am left covered in the imperceptible stitches of memories not worth conquering. I am no longer able to wrap myself in patches of pity, petty, sometimes even pretty tales of how I came to be.
