I have recently added a new section to our Healing and Consciousness Library, and wanted to share it here. I myself was pretty excited about and started trying it out :) Haven't lucid dreamt yet, but I'm remembering more and more of my dreams.
This week's lesson: Astral Projection. These intelligent and amusing videos have been blowing me away since I stumbled on them a few weeks ago. After my assimilating my personal transformations of the last lifetime and rememberings of past, I'm seeking dialogue about parallel awakenings to help guide others in their Astral Cascades... Remembering Truth, Consciousness, Spirit and Self.
There is no doubt that the mind definitely experiences something people will call astral projection. The problem comes with analysis of what this subjective mental state actually means. Do you think astral projection is the consciousness leaving the body, or a subtle meditation and introspection into the energy latent in the brain?
Can you do any of these things? Do you explore visionary states, astral travel, move out of your body, enter deep trances or meditative states or similar?
I am looking for information on methodology from people who actually DO these things as opposed to thumbing through the New Age books that primarily seem to be rather... insubstantial.
