I have an idea for a new currency that promotes helping others and the earth. I welcome your ideas and critiques, as this is a newly birthed idea and needs reflection to ground it into being. The main idea is that to obtain the new currency, instead of trading dollars for it, you donate to a non-profit. So say I donate $100 to Greenpeace, then I would receive 100 units of this currency.
I came upon this internship doing outreach for Resources for Human Development's Equal Dollars program. Deneene, who heads the program, has come to a few Spores.
