Ever since 9/11 2001 we have seen a slow process of rights reduction. However this is actually at a faster pace now then ever before. The derogation of our rights in the US actually goes back many decades. The most notable was Nixon declaring a war on drugs.

In an emotional response to society's by-in-large prejudice toward homosexuals as referenced by my previous post: Free To Hate?. I've written the following.
There's a term for the present American system: "Totalizing." That means that consumerism/militarism comes all the way across the landscape - into every nook and cranny. It kills all the smaller systems, like the neighborhood economies, the gift-economies.
I am human. I am free. My only master is me. I will not be limited and therefore I do not accept any state as my superior. I will not fight violence with violence although I know that any state will. I want to roam this world as a free man, and I don't accept any limit put on me by any nation state. This world belongs to Man, not to states, emperors, kings or others. This world belongs to you.
