We were strangers who became friends. It was a friendship of mutual interest, and an underlying feeling of hope. Hope, that through each other we could find human understanding. You entered into my life at a time when I am alone, searching, and beginning to discover my potential and my dreams in this world.
I dedicate this blog to my oldest and dearest friend, John Ridings. John is a shining example to me of what it means to be a friend. While he has seen me at my best, he has also seen me at my worst and never judged me or questioned me in my state of need. He felt my pain and saw the torment in my eyes and only sought to be the friend he knew I needed in my time of despair.
Last Friday I went out dancing with my girlfriend and ended up being inspired to write a bit about my love of music. I would probably say that I have a large range of music genres I enjoy listening to, but I want to focus on one particular that has captured a special place in my heart - electronic music.
The credits rolled, images of Flight 815's wreckage solemnly passing through our eyes. The room was silent. Earlier in the night, I predicted the finale of LOST to be accompanied by silly, drunk applause; apt for a rowdy bunch in their 20's and 30's who've enjoyed the ride--for the most part--since the beginning.
Sun so bright, you clear our skies for us to see with sparkling eyes; what beautiful fun there is to have. With the sun becoming more current these days i think its time for UFS (Universal Fun Society) to have a meet up/ get together bash!
