I had this stunning revelation the other day. I was steaming my lungs over a pot of hot water and wild thyme extract and I started thinking about evolution and how far it could go and about the planets because I was listening to Pink Floyd as they seem to have written the musical cosmic roadmap for the 2012 Ascension process and magically the answers just let themselves be known in the water.
I admit, I was pretty sceptical of the movie since being sceptical of most things that come from Hollywood is a good rule of thumb, but I was completely surprised and impressed from the beginning.

Today is the annual blog action day and this years topic is climate change. I’ve decided to participate in this action because climate change has become such a major issue and I think this is a good reminder to pause for a moment and reflect on what it means to us.
A few long years have gone by since I lived on the island of St. John in the caribbean. I ingested a great deal of mushrooms while I lived there, with mixed results. The first few trips were enlightening, much healing vibrations, among good company.
I never had much time for mushrooms when I was young; they weren’t particularly exciting to my immature self, they didn’t animate or change colour, and they didn’t seem safe. I can’t say I ever particularly enjoyed eating them either (there is little more offensive to my palate than poorly cooked mushrooms, slimey and crunchy simultaneously, in an eyeball popping sort of way).
