When we think of creating new rites of passage, we must remember that we are in the midst of the greatest rite of passage of all time, and we are in urgent danger of failing to pass. Failure will mean the end of life, as we know it, on Planet Earth. Of course, so will success.
The historic revolution that had its epicenter in Tahrir Square is an inspiration to all seekers of freedom. The proof that a peaceful revolution is still possible is a great victory not only for Egyptians, but also, on the subtle plane, for the yogic archetype of ahimsa (non-violence). The echoes of Gandhi’s satyagraha movement are clear and strong.
We are here, at the midnight hour of humankind’s evolution on this planet, aware that we must raise our consciousness, as a civilization, if we are to move quickly into the New Dawn of Awakening … aware that the old must go, so that we can usher in the New.
Animated spirits gradually endure along a challenging path winding from inception up until their final departure and return to the source. Each spirit is a unique expression of its' divergence from the sources of it's origin and is a reflection of the Universe from its' place within it. Every spirit is its' own Universe of mysteriousness and dynamism in itself.
It's been speculated that humans may have lost some aspect of mental functioning or perceptive capabilities when we developed spoken (and later written) language. Could we have severed our Gaian awareness?
I saw a picture of this zombie ant with a little tiny mushroom hat. Only it wasn't really a hat. It was a mushroom growing out of the brain of this poor unsuspecting ant whose very existance was being remote controlled by a fungus attached to its brain. This picture disturbed me for a number of reasons. It was an exquistely lit and incredibly sharp photomicrograph with bright colors.
Upon reflecting on the tactic of using online social media like facebook and evolver in efforts towards environmental and climate justice. I wrote the following:

So people have been planning on colonizing mars for a real long time now.

In hyperspace all of my intellectual understandings of the feminine divine gush out of my normally linguistically confined cortex and flood my body as I dance naked to psytrance music at a thunderous volume.
Wholeness.
Remembrance.
For I am complete as myself.
Naked of External labels.
Beautiful in the simplicity of who I Am.
Genuine appreciation of myself, in my light and my shadows.
Through each challenge I remember the ultimate goodness of life and these lessons learned are infinite.
My masks may sift and change, I know my spirit continues through my journey.
