The Golden Chain

I’m afraid that at this point, in the year 2012, I see the terrible monster of our age lying, all humps and coils, across or around our beautiful earth. And yet, in the spiritual sense, I see the brightest angels spread across the sky above us. What exactly is the monster identified with? Technology? Well, from one point of view consciousness has been technologized to an untold degree.

Handling Fear & a Msg to Occupy

Handling Fear

To many of my recent posts are about government and the loss of our freedoms. But I recognize that the freedoms we have allow us to think, worship and believe and be who we are. This brings me to what might be the most important topic I have neglected to write a blog on so far on.

A new way of looking at 2012?

Over the years I've read many an occult text.

Be it Yoga, Tantra, Chaos Magick, Shamanism, The Tao, books on Gnostic Christianity, Enochian Magick, Hermeticism...on and on and on.

Hoping For Hope

I pump my psyche with loads of hope
It gets an immediate high as were it dope
But then when the rush finally subsides
Reality sets in and I ask: why even try?

What I aspire to do seems a futile bent
Putting words to paper, inspiration meant
But alas, it’s evidently clear to be a lost cause
For the lack of response, reaction that it draws

This is not meant as a cry or plea

Dreams ahead of time

If you think about it, a few hundred years is not so long. Recall some of your favorite people--inspiring figures or heroes, especially from the past. They likely seemed to have ideas ahead of the time in which they lived, ideas which were more evolved than what the society at large at that time was capable of handling, understanding, integrating.

THE GLOBAL HOLIDAY

We the people could use a day off no?
And none the less we could certainly use a change no?

Let us make a change by doing absolutely nothing!
And I don't mean this in "it's 420, let's all get high and chill out for a day."
I mean let us take away a day from the year for prayer and revelry by being motionless and QUIET!

Pandora's Box

Well , let us all visualize (since we are all such superb "eye - people" now) that the triumph of that most dangerous of human aspirations - "hope" in Egypt remains viable . Yes , Hosni Mubarak and his regime have apparently "stepped down" and turned control of the company , er ... country over to the military.

Almost there. Almost there.

.
.
.

Some times things go well, some times there terrible and at others a nightmare.
Through it all preserver.
Hold on!
You can make it.
It may take days, weeks, months, years but just keep going.
You can get though another day, through the next minute if you have to.
Around the corner might be your miracle, your rescue.
Your strong.

Part 1 -8

Part 1

Living in the dream of dreams
Breathing in the heart
Exhaling fragments

When birds fall from the sky and fish die in masse in the sea
There becomes a time to ask if what you sees apart of me

As my father lay dying, I held to his hand, each breath comes with greater difficulty
And now, dr. Ning pulls the plug....flashing memories of gooks in the gun sight

God. Who?

You didn't ask, but I'm telling you

God is the fool in the masquerade dancing into your arms

God is the joker at The roulette wheel, betting on 21 when you are nearly done.

God is the banker at his Swiss challette sipping on cognac and couvoisie

God is the she devil at your command beckoning you to surrender to her every demand

In Remembrance of Princess Diana

Love and Friendship

We were strangers who became friends. It was a friendship of mutual interest, and an underlying feeling of hope. Hope, that through each other we could find human understanding. You entered into my life at a time when I am alone, searching, and beginning to discover my potential and my dreams in this world.

Painful Horizons

Strange to assume that you'd ever get the help you need in solitary confinement. Equally strange is the revulsion at taking to the street and trying to stare someone in the eye from a genuine place of equality when you feel that every single person is contributing more than you are to (an albeit cruel crumbling catastrophe of a) society.

Change does Happen

Change does happen - work does pay off. Today the UN announced that the ozone layer has stopped depleting, and that CFC (chlorofluorocarbons) levels have reduced significantly. This means the ozone layer is beginning to regenerate. The hole over the Antarctic however, has not filled in.

The Untouchables

Jill came to church today: white skinny girl, pretty but gaunt in a sexy dress and clearly pregnant. Before I knew of any of her story I felt called to go up to her. Almost as soon as I put my arms around her she burst into tears.
