Oneirisms is a "collective journal of metaphysical experience," a place to post your dreams and visions and read what other people have experienced outside the physical dimensions of space and time. An oneirism is "dream-like experience," and in posting dreams for all to see we provide the means for others to share in the ride.
I just finished a two week river canoe trip going up north to James Bay. In these past few weeks I've been experiencing alot of things, and symbolically, its hard to make sense of things, so this is an attempt at that.
The last three years have been more like a dream than waking life. The journey has taken me from 'domestic bliss' to high power ego bliss, sexual exploration galore, worldly travel, self discovery, prioritization, creative breakthroughs, successes, failures, dream-come-trues turned nightmares, and worst fears transformed into incredible power sources. Back to the beginning again am I.
In one evening, I have moved from a grounded connection with my solid roots to a swimming head from far too much information to process in one sitting. The culprit? My watery cancer mother and the stories of madness she felt so inclined to divulge over wine and, perhaps, a touch of sleep deprivation with me.
