Is Reality Sandwich deliberately over-charging for their retreats?

Last fall, I was lucky enough to win a free ticket to Reality Sandwich's fall retreat, the so-called Dimensional Shift. Being a young man of 23 years, this was probably one of the crowning moments of my life so far. There is in me this question why..?

To Harmonize Life

I've come close to despair these last few months. Went for a dawn walk by the ocean side today, kicking at the thousands of pieces of plastic junk on the beach, wondering what kind of land my son will grow up in, thinking about social transformation, extinctions, the surveillance society, protest, politicians (the voices of the beast), unfocused rage building inside me. We need a revolution!
