Legalizing marijuana is a notion that won't soon go away. Reps. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) and Ron Paul (R-Texas) have introduced new bi-partisan legislation that, if put into law, can finish the federal battle against the plant. According to Reason, states will then be able to decide by themselves how to deal with cannabis, which includes the best way to secure tax profits.
Shadow economies or Black Economies deal with transactions that are untraceable and therefore untaxable. They are not included in the countries taxation system formally and therefore they are not reported as part of the countries GDP - gross domestic product. They are not formally recognized as part of the matrix system.
This is the best pot documentary I’ve seen yet. It tears into the most commonly heard myths regarding cannabis. This movie is to cannabis/hemp what food inc. was for the food industry. It puts everything into perspective for the average human.
