This Divine Playground

I wish to share an experience with you all that happened to me two years ago, two months before my 27th birthday. It was one of the most powerful spiritual experiences of my life that instigated a deep shift in the direction of my life. After the sit I decided to move out of LA, a place I had lived for three years, and I threw myself into the unknown.

Vanity

I am not a vain individual but some days ago I realized that the vanity I do posses is intimately tied to the things that feed my spirit most: my Art or how well I climb a fucking rock, etc. I've come to understand however that in order to reap the full benefits of my practices I must find a way to seperate the vanity from them or suffer the bug that slowly eats away at me from the inside out.

There is an overwhelming surge of energy being streamed through the cosmic pipeline. I'm buzzing with creativity. My fingertips have been burning up my piano for the day with new tones. I'm thinking of music in an entirely different way. My body is light, I'm barely touching the ground with each step. My mind is present and clear. I'm in a state of awareness that is blissful.
