A poem.

Humans did not weave the web of life; we are merely a strand in it.
Therefore, what we do to the web we do to ourselves.
We must be at peace with the oneness of all life’s energy in order for harmony to arise.
Unity with nature is the key to a positive progression.

Hot and cold,
Full and empty,
Numb yet total feeling.
Sinking, rising,
Hot sensation, spreading sharp iciness,
Feeling how death or birth may.

Forwards and backwards in synchronisation,
Here and there at the same time,
A future retrospective thought…
Space and time are just a state of mind.

Control and follow onwards,
Release and fulfilment balance,
Uncertainty disappears,

Keep believing in where you are,
Because where you’re going to be is not too far,
'Then' is another place to be,
So come get LOST IN NOW with me...

Wondering eyes fill the skies,
Where the stars once made night.
Moon glow gazing, feel what matters...
...this warmest feeling, darkness shatters.

See the spirit's auras shine,
I am everything's and everything's mine,

It’s about opening gateways and creating opportunities to
Accentuate excitement in your life,
Like a noble soldier you’ve got to fight the strife,
Believe you're not the victim in the game you play,
'It’ll all come good' is what you've got to say.

See the lone white cloud as a positive sign,
I’m going to take each moment and make it mine,
Hold the goodness deep inside my soul,

my molecules are realigning
every cell in my body screams and cries with joy
forcing me to curl into a ball on the ground
and surrender my whole being to the engulfing pool of nature's energy
as I let go my conscious self
it feels as though every hair on my body stretches to it's limit
trying to increase my connection to the collective unconscious

I AM in the sun
And the moon
And the stars—
The sky at
Night.

I AM the life-giving force
Called Ki.

I AM the endless waves
Crashing ashore.

I AM the footprint
Erasing time—
The pulling back of
The veil.

I AM the singularity of
Time-space—
The birthing of
A moment.

I AM the tear in
Your eye and
The burning in
Your heart.

I AM the knowing—
The awareness—

Mired in the muck that is humanity's mindless masses that retard fluidity of creative creationism to attain a worldly construct that brushes the borders of utopic co-existence fed by the progressive mutual contribution of the individual singularly, reflected in the collective whole.

I have been weak and needed feeding,
I have been foolish and needed guidence,
I have been destructive and have been forgiven,
I have been the drunk and have been sober,
I have been the rebel and have been a follower,
I have been the cheater and I have been the faithful.
I have been a killer and I have been the lover,
I have been the sick and have been the healer

thinking about peace.
when i preach peace, do i practice what i preach?
the answer is often no ... and so i fall into a deep space of super duper awareness.

the events of the last week have given me opportunity,
and i am suddenly acutely aware of every second that i do not practice peace.

seeing the pieces of peace
and the pieces of war that live inside me.

People all people around the globe
Over and over we go
To much to say so much time
For the flow to grow
Beg Beg
I Beg for you to see
See what the eyes need
It seems we have a head with eyes
That lie
Take back what has been wrongly identified
See through to the love that's electrified

I do love unity! Unity is NOT NOT anything , unity is the fabric of the universe in which everything is working together towards more complexity, simplicity, evolutionary awesomeness, meaning and beauty. There are no 'nots', or denial of anything, nothing is escaped from and all is embraced as part of the oneness.
