I don't know if it is such in all parts of the world but here in wintry Canada where I woke to an UNUSUAL -3j0 Celsius (FOR THE NON-METRIC THAT IS FUCKING COLD In Fahrenheit!) So I wrote the following in acknowledgment to the state of depression that enveloped me this morning and persists:
Dream Making
Living a life lost to a dream making
For life’s reality to be forsaking
Centuries ago, there was a monastery located far away on the mountains of an ancient kingdom; their monks where renowned for their austerity and rigorous way of life.
Winter came, and with it, the hardship of the season and shortage of food. Nothing the old wise Abbot haven’t seen or lived through before.
The reserves of food were running too low for everyone to survive the cold winter.
I found this album by emancipator to be the perfect companion to a cold snowy day, and thought I'd share it in case someone else is looking for something intricate and wintery to listen to:
