I perceive that I'm a "Being in Motion" on an Odyssey in search of enchanting, euphoric, enthusiastic experiences. I savor experiences that change my perception of events and things. I enjoy that which is aesthetically pleasing. I crave that which is awe inspiring and places me where I need to be to experience serendipity. I attempt to rid my mind of the socialization that was forced upon me. I do not subscribe to the various Social Constructs, Ideologies and Social Roles. I am not an Identity, Submitizen, Citizen, Label, Strawman, Role or any of the Sundry Social Labels. I love to laugh and I think the world is overflowing with absurdities. I'm not an admirer of Civilization, Consumerism and Social Roles. I grew up in an extremely rural area and I love the wilderness. I have an overwhelming appetite for organic-foods, pushing my physical and mental limits, dwelling in the midst of nature and all that's surreal. I just want to live off-the-grid and enjoy what existence has to offer.

Welcome. Here is a little about who I am, where I come from and why I do this. I am currently enrolled in the Philosophy, Cosmology and Consciousness Master's program at California Institute of Integral Studies. After teaching in a Montessori classroom for 14 years I began to realize that there was a larger world view that was being obfuscated by the daily roil and toil of managing a classroom. I am now finding that larger world view in my studies at CIIS. I am also an artist, writer, and musician who is inspired by all types of creative endeavors. This blog is an attempt to share my thoughts, concerns, inspirations and ideas with a larger community than the loving, compassionate one I find myself in at CIIS. Thank you for reading and keep the hope.

I am a teacher at heart and am now trying to find a way to use my skills without having to push through the frustration of administrative limitations. Music is a passion; I play didgeridoo, guitar, banjo and assorted other string and percussion instruments. I have produced and played on a number of cds here in the Bay Area and love to experiment with sound. I tend to see the big picture and am an idealist at heart. I see a difficult road ahead but one filled with promise.

I'm a poet, i have just published a poetic/psychedelic/late 60's novel called Gone Hallucinogen freeway, it tells the story of one teenager's psychedelic experiences in the years of 67, 68, and weaves in and out of events and trips, it describes what was like when the psychedelic wave and the sexual revolution came together in a heady brew and transformed the people's lives in that crystallization moment of peak novelty of the times.The action moves quick as seem from the mind of the teenager flashing back from the mind of the poet in the future.

An anthropologist, writer, and artist exploring comparative iconography through altered states of consciousness within the depths of the Collective, Gaian, and Omniversal Consciousnesses, in which we are all subject.

Music transcends all boundaries to act as a pure medium for communication of human emotion. A transcendent vibration across the waves of the omniverse, and Art can capture that vibration in light. Chaos forms patterns, forming life from the spiraling sea of infinity. Let your self go, free your mind and be a vessel for the transcendental. I am a conceptual artist living in Union Sq., I started the Not Art movement, and am beginning to work as an artist professionally. I quit my job as a waiter to pursue this vision because I realized how vital my work is to our community. We are at a crossroads in human evolution where we are beginning to discover the power of individual perception on the environment. The importance of empowering others is central to my work.
