I love nature, movement and any art form and truly believe that we have the power within ourselves to manifest our full human potential. As corny as it might sound for some, love is the only answer. This love starts within oneself and spreads out into the family, community, society. I believe in the power of grassroots.

Skills and talents

Two-time National team athlete (mountain biking/inline skating). Graphic artist, landscape developer and intuitive life coach. Presently building a wonderful 'green hospital' and 'green gym' with my husband Steve on 108 acres of rocks and trees 35 minutes from downtown Ottawa, Canada's capital.
