Bio

I am learning and growing as I hold space for others. Sharing instead of teaching. Integrating instead of disciplining. I am learning to enjoy this whole trip we're on as a celebration instead of a problem to be solved.

Work and life have become one.

I am a yoga & qi gong instructor; ayurvedic and holistic lifestyle coach. I also offer energy healing work, thai massage, intuitive healings/readings, bio-energetic therapies and EFT.

I am a vegan/vegetarian chef;
Poet, Musician and Artist.

Over the years I have traveled a good deal (outward and inward). I have recently decided to grow roots again in NY. I am not here for myself but to share what I have gained on my journeys. I feel driven to balance the esoteric sciences with grounding psychological work. I feel the urge to find the bridge between healing systems.

Skills and talents

See Bio. Sometimes l feel like a burdened renaissance man. I was always good at many things and still feel divided amongst many healing modalities and also creative outlets. I don't like filling these things out... I don't know what qualifies as talents. I am grateful that I have always had strong emotional intelligence. It helps me be a good teacher and a good student. A good friend and a good lover. It helps me grow as a musician, artist, and healer. I have had a lot of powerful experiences that I try not to talk about too much but just imbibe from moment to moment : )
