How to go about Self-Determination is a matter of figuring out exactly what it is, what it means, and studying how it's been done throughout history. It's going to have to become a staple passion in your life to self educate on it. You're going to have to become knowledgeable about history and economics on a higher level and take advantage of valuable resources for compressing your study time and increasing your abilities; i.e. responsibility, accountability...

The protocols for Self-Determination exist in international law to which every nation which exists today has agreements on and there is an established Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a template established at the UN. I know many people will look at the UN with disdain, but if they are part of your problem, ignoring them won't make things better. Me, I'm not here to judge. Assumption and presumption gets you nowhere.

Yes, there is nothing new under the sun and this has been going on for as long as man has kept good records. One fundamental question we all must ask ourselves. Can we STOP the onslaught? There's certainly no shortage of groups who think "we" can. But how when all change begins with the self and there is a huge portion of the population not at all interested in changing, much less think for themselves. Personally, I have no confidence that the majority of the population will ever be fit to self determine. I still have reservations myself. So, if you cannot stop the onslaught what then are the alternatives? Perhaps this seems a bit obvious to me but how about? Get out of the way. Realize you're bound, find the bonds and undo them.

The reason the powers of the earth have power is because they have a contract; they have a treaty position. We've never had our own contract. Well the 55 original signers did, but that was their gig; their contract to which we all ended up the political leftovers.

The Oregon State Constitution reads, "Men, when they form a social compact are equal in right." What does that mean? It means that when men DO NOT form a social compact are NOT equal in right. So if you want rights, you have to contract for them. How else can you come to peace if you don't have an agreement as to what peace is?

Well all banking is actually accounting. This whole thing is about accounting and account-ability. Do you have the ability to be accountable? Perhaps it's time to learn. All banking being commercial is regulated by the UCC; Uniform Commercial Code; which falls under Admiralty Maritime Law.

In the UCC there are sections which, I'm not going to go into right now. But that show that this is all dependent of your choice of Law and Forum. You never made that choice and so what you get is the default. Or if you keep filing documents with the State to which you belong then that's your choice of Law and Forum. Well if you think of yourself as a "global citizen" why file any paperwork with a little iddy-biddy State? If you want international recognition, then you need to go to an international court and be apprised of international law and international public order(IPO).

Isn't is said that no one can possibly be responsible for knowing all the law of your society? and that ignorance of the law is no excuse? Well what's more tangible? Being responsible for knowing all the public laws of a society or understanding a single treaty where It's much easier to the understand private law?

In the UCC it basically says that all the banking can be "varied by agreement". Which is how banks of other nations all deal with one another. Once we get a variation of agreement in place and come from the system. We're longer liable for the debt or the fraud. That's why you get a variation by agreement so that none of that stuff sticks to you.

How does this help the slave underclass? Well unless you can show and demonstrate that there is a path out of Egypt, they'll continue to walk the commercial desert for the next forty years for all i know. If you can't get everyone to self govern, how can there not be a this 2 tiered system? It's 2 tiered now with a very tiny minority at the top. If this is perceived as an issue then the only remedy is for many more to come out and bring balance into the paradigm. There is no switch we can flip and instantly free the planet. This new paradigm needs time to evolve. There's no overnight turnkey transformation for all of society. There's just you and the others at the same level of development.

But the NWO, Illuminati, the PTB or whomever/whatever are just men. Educated men, and they aren't going to dumb themselves down to level the playing field for everyone else, most of which could care less. The American Institute of International Law, at its first session, held in Washington on January 6, of this year(1916), under the auspices of the Second Pan-American Scientific Congress, unanimously adopted the five following Articles to be known as The Declaration of the Rights of Nations:

“Whereas, the municipal law of civilized nations recognizes and protects the right to life, the right to liberty, to which the Declaration of Independence of the United States adds the right to the pursuit of happiness, the right to legal equality, the right to property and the right to the enjoyment of the aforesaid rights, creating a duty on the part of the citizens or subjects of each nation to observe them; and

“Whereas, these fundamental rights, thus universally recognized, are familiar to the peoples of all
civilized countries, and

“Whereas, these fundamental rights can be stated in terms of international law and can be applied to the relations of the members of the society of nations, one with another, just as they have been applied in the relations of the citizens or subjects of the states forming the Society of Nations; and

“Whereas, these fundamental rights of national jurisprudence, namely, the right to life, the right to liberty, the right to the pursuit of happiness, the right to equality before the law, the right of the nation to exist and to protect and to conserve its existence; the right of independence and the freedom to develop itself without interference or control from other nations, the right of equality in law and before the law; the right to territory within defined boundaries and to exclusive jurisdiction therein; and the right to the observance of those fundamental rights;

“Therefore, the American Institute of International Law unanimously adopts at its first session, held in the city of Washington, in the United States of America, on the sixth day of January, 1916, in connection with and under the auspices of the Second Pan-American Scientific Congress, the following five articles, together with the commentary thereon, to be known as the Declaration of the Rights of Nations.”

I. — Every Nation has the right to exist, to protect and conserve its existence, but this right neither implies the right nor justifies the act of the State to protect itself or to conserve its existence by the commission of unlawful acts against innocent and unoffending States.

2. — Every Nation has the right to independence in the sense that it has a right to the pursuit of happiness and is free to develop itself without interference or control from other States, provided that in so doing it does not interfere with or violate the just rights of other States.

3. - Every Nation is in law and before law the equal of every other State composing the society of Nations, and all States have the right to claim, and according to the Declaration of Independence of the United States, to assume, among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them.

4. — Every Nation has the right to territory within defined boundaries and to exercise exclusive jurisdiction over this territory and all persons, whether native or foreign, found therein.

5. — Every Nation entitled to a right by the law of nations is entitled to have that right respected and protected by all other Nations ; for right and duty are correlative, and the right of one is the duty of all to observe.
