About Me

Bio

I grew up in Philly, and worked for several years as an artists model. I'm also a painter myself, and enjoy that immensely. I'm now a wife and mother and working as an Holistic Health Counselor, which I find all quite gratifying. I'm into art, music, creative pursuits in general. I've also recently conquered l'ennui and found an outlet for my idealism in counseling, sustainability, and raising the vibration of myself and the planet.

Skills and talents
Food, and doing things with food to create optimal health, painting naked people, solving most of the disputes that occur on my front lawn. I can sing, and make good sound effects the my 3 year-old thoroughly enjoys. I have a talent for making really grumpy people less grumpy, I think that counts for something.
Interests
art, Film, Meditation, Music, pretending to garden, superfoods, the human body, whole food, Yoga
What I'm Reading
What to Eat, Healing with Whole Foods, The Highly Sensitive Person, The Power of Now, The Ultra Mind Solution, I'm halfway through all of those
What I'm Listening To
