IcerocketAmerica is a strange country. It's somewhat of both a curse and blessing to have been born here. The blessing is the ideology of the forefathers, in which the doctrines state, "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." This has been an inspiration and encouragement to the spirit of the individual. The curse is that perhaps the actions of the government do not live up to the ideals in which we have held as self-evident and that the system in itself is a farce.
In Allen Ginsberg's poem "America," he says "America I have given you all and now I'm nothing." This is an opening line that I would argue is an accurate feeling prevalent in the hearts of the American disillusioned and disenfranchised. It's sad to have grown up with the false notion that the land you live in is the land of free men and is a society focused on openness and advancement. But as technology advances, the reign of leaders, who perhaps fancy themselves gods, hinder the enlightenment of a people and force us into the boxes of steel and glass that grow on the Earth like a cancerous sore. The cells that fuel this growth wander aimlessly to careers which do not fulfill them, they carelessly cast illusionary votes which exist for the sole purpose of tightening the veil of ignorance that seeks to hide our true slavery, they sit quietly in front of televisions which program the ideology of indifference into the minds of the lost individuals of this world who so fervently search for guidance and truth.
And so the unchained mind, one who has fought countless days and nights to be rid of forced conformity and yet cannot find it's place within society, has fallen into a situation which cannot lead to self-sustainability. There is no career for one who does not buy bullshit, no city for one who wishes for the simple right of a living quarter and a life where endless fun can be found on the porches of fellow beings and in the streets of human family. In economic disdain, monetary material becomes like mere paper and society seems to be rupturing into a police state of perpetual enslavement.
America, you have taken all from me but my spirit, and where there is an avenue for my actions, I will paint the streets with my careless and spiraling joy. Until then my furrows of worry will manifest as dissent and in this sense, my Americanship will be more powerful than any president has ever tried to lie about.

the forefathers were illuminati and the 'american revolution' for 'independence' was moving from overt control, or what seemed to be, by the british crown, to covert control, to make people happy.

Well, as far as what the idealistic history of this nation says, America was founded on the principle of freedom and economic sovereignty from England. Rebels in the ranks of the Illuminati perhaps. Eventually though, they had to die and those secret bastards snuck in and took this country back covertly. Who knows?
I like Terrence McKenna's idea better though, because I'm no paranoiac. I don't think anybody is in control. It's just a bunch of people on a planet acting wacky and living according to fundamental, yet mysterious, laws of nature/the universe. World government? If it's meant to happen, how the hell do you stop it? We'll either evolve or destroy ourselves, either way, the future is inevitable.

I'm well aware of David Icke and his theories, but you know it's not "fact." It's speculation and interesting conspiracy. Alex Jones as least digs up government documents and gives you hard evidence to suppose something is up. I do subscribe to the notion that there is some kind of group out there trying to enslave the human race by economic and authoritarian means (there always is). But when it comes to lizard people from Nibiru or Alpha Draconis coming after my gold or to enslave me, that is a little shaky.
An even crazier idea; suppose there are lizard people coming to Earth to claim all the gold or enlave us. What if the Illuminati was just trying to save it all up to buy them off? Then we build utopia after they go? Who knows man? They might actually be on our side! Haha.
You can say it's fact, but until I meet a lizard person while I'm sober and not in the realm of DMT or something, I'm going to think that Mr. Icke is kind of full of it. He talks about real stuff; the federal reserve, government plots that seem backed by house referendums and the like, but alien lizard people? Maybe, but I think it's just people on this planet being greedy douchebags.
I could be wrong though, but nevertheless, it isn't fact. Until it's proven as completely irrefutable, it's still just speculation.

like i said, read the book, i felt the same way about him until i started reading this , his newest book. of course i take it with a few grains of salt but, until you give him a chance and read his book rather than just browsing his theories here and there, its not fair

I should have said that I'm VERY familiar with David Icke. I've read him, watched him, heard him speak. I get it, but fuck the New World Order. If they take over, or plan to, how do you stop it? You don't. Things happen, people act, and all the actions of all people everywhere amount to the constant flux of the future. Let aliens invade and the masons take over. There comes a point in time when people as a collective change on dimensions completely incomprehensible to ordinary perception. It's the way it goes. Reading his new book is not going to tell people how to really end a "global conspiracy" because even Mr. Icke doesn't have all the facts, all the knowledge of what happens behind close doors.
Live your life. Love your species. That's how you end the global conspiracy.
