RESON4NCE

The situation on the planet at the moment appears to be very dark. The mass media is designed to keep humans in their lower three chakras. These lower three energy centres when imbalanced and cut off from our higher centres manifest thoughts and emotions of fear, sexual desire, and a yearning for power, respectively. These energies are an intrinsic part of human consciousness and are necessary and healthy in their right measure, but the vast majority of mainstream media, whether consciously or unconsciously, keeps humans trapped in these lower realms. Whilst pretending to bring us closer together and empower us, it actually does the exact opposite: we are fragmented, atomised, and set against ourselves. We are continuously being divided and conquered, both personally and collectively.

But it is not just the mainstream media which has this effect; paying attention to conspiracy theories (or conspiracy facts) feeds our fear, anger and resentment too. We have to constantly question the information given to us because in this environment we can't trust anyone. There is so much misinformation and disinformation intertwined with the actual information that, at best, we are making educated guesses as to what is real and what is not; we place bets on who has enough integrity, intelligence, bravery, honesty and insight, and tune into their take on things. But the fact is we simply cannot know for certain what is actually happening or has happened unless we have experienced it ourselves, and even then we may be mistaken. I heard it put recently that as long as we are in the mind, we are under some sort of mind control.

The indifference to the hypocrisy of our self-proclaimed leaders, to the rape of our Mother Earth by psychopathic corporations, to the brutal occupations, both military and economic, of indigenous peoples is, to say the least, disheartening. So too are the hundreds of millions of views on Youtube of the likes of Rihanna whose music openly promotes sadomasochism, infidelity, suicide, and even murder. It is predominantly teenagers consuming this sugar-coated conditioning and with lyrics such as, "Sticks and stones may break my bones but chains and whips excite me", being repeated over and over again in the minds of these impressionable teenagers, it would be no surprise to find them into sadomasochism in their twenties, which begs the question: what will they be into in their thirties?

Who controls the mainstream media? Because if we are arguing amongst ourselves, the Military-Industrial-Financial Complex, the Illuminati, or even reptilian beings from another planet - regardless who they are - they have us where they want us. So how do we fight back? How do we unite in order to stand against this onslaught? Einstein's notion that a problem can't be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it, comes to mind. The obvious way to enter into a new consciousness is through meditation, and yet being immersed in the stress of everyday life can make it seem a luxury most of us can't afford. And yet it's what we need. Even if we do manage to meditate, will it make enough of a difference? How can we move in concert with others doing the same?

In the same way a simple count to three can combine the efforts of many ineffectual pushing hands into one very effective shove, we can unite our efforts by using the New and Full Moons as focal points for our meditation. Every two weeks we can consciously raise our vibration out of our lower three chakras and into our fourth, into our hearts, and resonate with each other, the planet and the cosmos. The fourth chakra, or heart centre, when opened, unites our upper and lower energies, through it we emanate compassion and in doing so we reinforce our humanity, our divinity, and our essential connectedness to all that is. Many of us are already in our hearts, but a focusing of our meditative power, an amplification of our collective vibration every two weeks strengthens our connection and can help those of us who are still stuck in negative emotions. This battle is being fought, fundamentally, on an energetic level, but the simple fact is love is a higher vibration than fear, and when we choose to vibrate higher by bringing our consciousness into our hearts we transcend the darkness, ascend to higher levels of consciousness, and resonate with the healing of our global society and our Mother Earth.
