Bio

I am a forty-something Gen-Xer from the Midwest, a wife of 20+ years, a mother of eight-year-old boy/girl twins. I go to soccer games and regretfully own a mini-van, but fit no cliche. Inside lives an Integral, Bohemian, Poetic soul. One of those sensitive, self-revealing, introspective, life-embracing, rebellious, Individualist.

For over 12 years, I have embraced the lifelong journey of developing my states, stages, levels and lines of development, and have followed the Integral Movement as expressed by Ken Wilber. I swim in both Zen and Tibetan Buddhist contemplative practices.

Skills and talents

Storytelling and exploring our own perspectives is a powerful transformative practice. I write poetry and prose, most often from a Poetry Therapy vein. My writing is to encourage freedom and evolutionalry growth. Evolutionary change and transformation can arrive spontaneously as we boldly witness all our internal experiences, clear internal blockages and become lifelong seekers. My previous professional life was a family therapist is spent guiding others to live their best lives and discover their creative potentials.
