We are the Walrus!

It has recently come to my attention that reality as we perceive it is a dream-like manifestation of a unified essence beyond any comprehension. We exist dualistically however, as main characters of the dream (as we perceive ourselves) and as elements of the all-encompassing singularity from which the dream is constantly generated. We are the dream and the dreamer.
As the universe is said to be a circle in which every point is the center, so too in this dream is every molecule, human, and galaxy a main character in its own unique scale. In the same way, we are our own illusory beings, but are also part of the Earth, which is a unique life-force of its own. We are the leaves, but we are also the tree.
Our whole universe shares this same illusion called life, and just as a character in a dream could never describe the dreamer or its location, the illusion is all we know. When we act, the effect that we make on this universe directly affects the unknown singularity. It is for this reason that we must have compassion for every blade of grass in this world.
Like one who realizes that he or she is in a dream, the lucid state of this life creates innumerable possibilities, and the opportunity to sustain a sense of fullness that needs no strivings or accomplishments to uphold. The dream is in constant flux, and can never be the same twice.
For this reason, each new entity that comes into existence is a unique combination of all the contributing experiences that have lead to its creation.
We are all the dream. We are all completely codependent, and this is beautiful.
I am therefore a reincarnation of not one individual, but of EVERY individual that there has ever been. I am an incarnation of the universe itself—a new combination of the same ingredients that all things consist of. And when I die, I will be reincarnated into every sentient being that will ever be born, as my essence will live in the limitless imprint that I have made on the world around me.
It is in this way that truly, "I am he, as you are he, as you are me,
and we are all together".
And although he wrote it simply as a nonsensical joke, it can also be understood, that I am the walrus. I am the walrus, you are me, and we are all God. How wonderful it is that this is so.

excellent.
hahaha such a funny animal to choose...
Though I only like the dreaming metaphor to emphasize the fact that it's time to wake up.
you weren't supposed to do that...

Nice first person perspective of God
Paul Levy has some great stuff about living in a dream and what that really means... www.awakeninthedream.com particularly this article http://www.awakeninthedream.com/wordpress/?p=155
you're right, that is the ego.
I meant the "tree of life" though, guarded by angels and flaming swords. Read the story again.

"To make a hologram, the object to be photographed is first bathed in the light of a laser beam. Then a second laser beam is bounced off the reflected light of the first and the resulting interference pattern (the area where the two laser beams commingle) is captured on film.
When the film is developed, it looks like a meaningless swirl of light and dark lines. But as soon as the developed film is illuminated by another laser beam, a three-dimensional image of the original object appears.
The three-dimensionality of such images is not the only remarkable characteristic of holograms. If a hologram of a rose is cut in half and then illuminated by a laser, each half will still be found to contain the entire image of the rose.
Indeed, even if the halves are divided again, each snippet of film will always be found to contain a smaller but intact version of the original image. Unlike normal photographs, every part of a hologram contains all the information possessed by the whole."

In a holographic universe we contain within us all that exists. =o)
This is Heaven on Earth.
