Daniel Quinn wrote the book "Ishmael" which is highly influential. He actually has an action plan for transforming culture at the level of how we make a living. See his book "Beyond Civilization." Both shamanic techniques and basic deep thinking have suggested to me that his ideas are good action plans--actual solutions. So actual shamanic helper spirits in the dream world came and told me this. Anyway he suggests the co-ownership of a business by all of the workers as a tribal solution to work and culture. Look at his material if you want more specifics. Anyway I wanted to suggest a tribal business but done in second life, a virtual world with millions of members and virtual currency. Again google second life if you don't know what it is. A group could pool meager resources that would be formidable collectively and have a real presence in the virtual world. Some people actually make real money thru businesses in virtual reality. If we all brought a spectrum of unique talents and creativity we could draw a lot of interest and be a showcase for the tribal business model. Making a living tribally could plant a seed of psychological and social change that could create influence far beyond its initial scope. And virtually it is safe, so to speak, a good place to test it and iron out issues.
