Hey, Love: You owe me some personal time.
Dear Hate: Please give me back the piece of my heart you stole from me.
What’s up God: Have you seen my faith? I think I lost it at your house last spring around Easter.
Doctor: Can we travel to the past so I enlighten myself about the future?
To my Drug Dealer Guy: I am taking my sobriety back, I need it in order to move on.
Sleep: You owe me over a few thousand hours over the span of my life. I expect you to start paying your dept to me ASAP!
Life: I wish I didn’t have this love hate relationship with you all the time.
My Frienimy known as Humanity: Do you know the exact time and place we started our downward spiral? Why can’t we all just get along or at least respect each others differences?
Hello Happiness: How do I make the choice to have and then keep you in my life? I have no idea how, please write a handbook and sell it to me.
My ex-Boyfriend known as Depression: Go away and leave me alone! I broke up with you a few weeks ago.
My ex-girlfriend known as Low Self Esteem: I am tired of your emotional abuse and want my self respect back along with my favorite sweater and CD’s.
My Dearest Dreams: Fill my heart and head with beauty so I can tap into it when I lose sight of beauty in my everyday life.
To the body that is the home of my sprit: I will treat you like a temple, care for you and love you more then I have before. Looks are not everything but self care is everything.
And last but not least, my mother the universe: I will be good and work hard while I am here so we can be together as one, someday.

Our Mother Universe
The idea that you have to work hard and be good to become one with the universe is a false psychological imprint of society. All you have to do to become one with the universe is NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. Just let go. Jus Be. Slowly the walls fall down and you realize that you are connected with everything that is....go deeper and you realize that you are the universe. We put up all of these walls to protect us emotionally. We are scared of getting hurt. Let those walls fall to love and just be.
Be in the Now,
Brian
