Positive Side Affects of Following Good Advice

I had this physic block for a while. No precognitive dreams. No strange dreams that are symbolic to actual events that will happen. No sudden rush of random knowledge. I was dry. Disconnected. Unhappy.
I started going on hikes in the woods near my mom’s house. I started drinking more water and teas. I started eating more veggies and fruits. I started watching movies with happy endings. I started to reading books I love for a 2nd or 3rd time.
I am doing things that make me feel happy.
Then slowly over the last few weeks I dream.
I have only had two precognitive dreams but dreams since I my last post.
No huge life changing epic events in store. Just be spending time with two random people I kind of know.
I am curious as to why I am spending time with these two people on different occasions.
