On Morality, Non-Involvment and Relativism

This was written as a response paper for my philosophy class last semester. The ending is incredibly rushed as it was supposed to be a page or so total in length. I decided to cut myself short at four.

About Me

Bio

I was born and before I knew it I was playing music. This has occupied a large portion of my time and will continue to until I have none left. I am an eternal student and you, you are all my teachers.

Skills and talents
I write songs in many genres, most often gypsy jazz, swing, bebop, folk/experimental folk, some romantic style classical, minimalism, maximalism, a couple choral arrangements, etc. Instruments I play well: Saxophone, piano, guitar, ukulele, voice. Instruments I play reasonably well: Bass, banjo, accordion/concertina, percussive toys, recorders/penny whistles. Instruments I play, but not necessarily well: Violin, clarinet, flute, end-blown flute, drums, harmonicas, panpipes, bugle. Truth be told, if you give me an object I will probably make music with it. If it's an instrument I can figure out how to play it. I know a good number of edible plants in the eastern half of the US and have taught edible plant classes on a few occasions. I have done some acting as well as some directing. Occasionally, I write fiction. I knit poorly.

Work

Employer
Unemployed. If you know of something that isn't morally debilitating, let me know. Strangely enough, when I feel good about what I'm doing I have an excellent work ethic. I've been a cook/server, a camp counselor, a dishwasher, a cabinet maker and a busker.
