"Banish the word 'struggle' from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration. We are the ones we have been waiting for." — Hopi elders

About Me

Bio

I grew up in the former Choctaw Villiage of Abita Springs, La just 45 minutes north of New Orleans. Blessed with a caring mother who teaches massage therapy, thai chi, aqua massage etc.... and a father who is a great musician and contractor/electrician. Both of which I respect greatly and feel honored to have learned all that I have from them. I have always been interested in Architecture and studied it at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette until I decided to take a break considering the amount of stress of having two jobs. During the break I applied for an internship at Earthship Biotecture in Taos, NM....I was fortunate enough to get accepted and given the privilege to physically learn how to build self-sustainable earth-bermed homes completely off the grid...Using what I have learned in NM I will now build my own hybrid version of an Earthship for myself and will most likely make a career out of building "green" homes. That just about sums it up, feel free to ask me any questions..
