Being one through stillness

My Qigong instructor said this to me one morning over tea …

“You only have two chances to become one with the Universe
- the moment you die… and every other second you are alive.”

He said it in passing and was not really trying to be funny or profound. I thought the statement was both. Sifu Fong Ha of the Integral Ch'uan Institute is certainly an inspiration.
