About Me
- Bio
In 1985 Brother Bare became one of the youngest ever scientific presenters in the history of the National Symposium for Science and Humanities. His work in the field of aviation physics attracted the attention and accolades of state and national agencies including the Airforce and NASA. His work revolved largely around the physical properties of wing design and ways to improve airflow around the wing so as to optimally improve aeronautical lift and reduce drag.
As a pre-med student, in 1989, Brother Bare became thoroughly entrenched into biochemical and anatomic physical properties of biological processes. The physics of being prompted Brother to begin a new pursuit rooted in the field of physiological psychology. This new pursuit presented a whole new world of variables with which to contend, in so much that Brother would need to do extensive research in a wide variety of disciplines in order to even begin to draw substantive hypotheses.
From 1990 to 1997 Brother pursued studies in world religion, hypnosis, binaural manipulation, subliminal manipulation, Skinnerian Behaviorism, metaphysics, quantum physics, vibrational medicine, energy work, sociology, psychology, meridians, and music theory… just to scratch the surface. During this time, about 1992, Brother began the personal meditative practice that would eventually evolve into the Maha Spandana Method of meditation.
In 1996 Brother Bare was inducted into the Psi Chi National Honor Society for excellence in the field of psychology for his work in physiological processes in the practice of acupuncture. Brother was awarded a Bachelor of Science in the field of Psychology in 1998.
Brother began to offer meditation sessions in 1999 in a wide variety of disciplines. Binaural, guided, chanting, transcendental, aromatherapy, color, and an earlier form of Maha Spandana where all offered. Over a series of experiences and student requests the current form of Maha Spandana was slowly developed with careful attention paid to vibrational therapeutic form and chakral balance.
After a series of very successful experiences with human participants, animal and vegetation trials began in 2003. Animals and plants were both found to be profoundly effected in a positive manner by Maha Spandana Vibrational Treatments in the Primary MSM Position. Disturbed cats and dogs were uniformly noted to become calmed and pleasant. As well, plants in rooms where the MSM (Maha Spandana Method) exercises were performed were noted to appear to grow better and greener than their counterparts with similar conditions elsewhere.
Today Brother Bare makes his home on Long Island, NY with his wife, Nancy, and his daughter, Sprout. Meditation classes featuring MSM are offered regularly and further research into the further reaching uses and benefits of MSM are current and on going.
