I'm a happy healthy, 30 something living in London. Blessed with creativity, passion and great friends and family – I continually strive to grow and help others where I can evolve into their fuller selves.
I have great faith in myself, humanity and the greater good... I know that with positive intent all will work out for the best, even if there is a little pain and sacrifice on the journey!

Skills and talents

Artistic, graphic designer, photographer, maker, baker and healer I've realised that life has to go with the flow... To open up to possibility and connect with other people. Cast off the shackles and the blinkers and we can see opportunity wherever we look. It is crucial to want to make change for yourself and then it all comes to you with a bit of practice - let go of your EGO and the true self can come into play.
