Those people you disagree with...

I disagree with a lot of people and I do so quite often. It has never been said(to my face, anyway) that I am a disagreeable person, but if it was said, I would agree wholeheartedly.

And yet, even though there are a lot of people that I disagree with, there are only a few people that I actually dislike. No more than 5, actually.

That isn't an accident.

I do get frustrated with people, sad, and sometimes even disappointed, but I still like them as a rule. The reason for this is that I think of people with whom I disagree as a teacher(and therefore quite valuable). If they are dead wrong(or if it is a topic that isn't a "right or wrong" type of topic), they help me to learn patience. If they are right, they help me to see the error of my own ways.

Either way, those people I disagree with, I honor without reservation.
