BUT

the QUESTION MARK '?' looks like a brain and brain stem, the dot is the heart... so it shows how the brain and the heart are connected. a mystery.

i think i realized that a two years ago when I was high as well :p

Yes.. it could also be an ear. It's certainly trying to reach something. The space between the curve and the dot is interesting too. A jump to make..
