Another Evolver podcast done. It's been such an amazing opportunity to do these podcasts, and be involved with a project that is talking to so many amazing people. Just as we've had amazing guests on past podcasts we have a couple of amazing guests on this podcast.
Starhawk is on the podcast, she has recently released a film called Permaculture: The Growing Edge. Starhawk has a very unique perspective when it comes to permaculture. Starhawk also has an Evolver intensive coming up where she will be discussing the content of her book The Fifth Sacred Thing. You can find out more about everything Starhawk is doing at starhawk.org. Also this interview was done by Virginia Jester, who has a podcast of her own called the Empress Project. Her most recent interview was with Jonathan Talat Phillips, and she is going to be posting her interview with Barbara Marx Hubbard any day now. Look for both of those.
The other marquee interview was with Jonas Elrod. Jonas has had a long career in film and been involved with projects with a lot of major stars. Over the last couple years he has gone through a waking up process and started to make a film about it, this film is called Wake Up. I think it involves something that many of us here at Evolver can relate to, as many of us have gone through waking up processes ourselves. You can learn more about it at Wakeupthefilm.com. This interview was done by Jonathan Talat Phillips. I'm so happy that Jonathan finds time in his busy schedule to help me with these interviews, he has a great way of getting totally unique interviews out of the people his interviewing. Jonathan also is doing a lot of amazing work of his own, which you can here about on the Empress Project podcast.
The regional coordinator we interviewed this time was Virginia Paris from Evolver Asheville. We had an awesome conversation about some of the things she has going on down there. She is also a testament to the fact that no matter how busy you are it's still possible and rewarding to run an Evolver Spore. She has her own radio show called Systemic Effect, you can find it streaming in mainfm.org. She also has an intuitive reading website www.trickstergoddess.com. And of course you can find more about what's going on in Asheville by joining the evolver Asheville group.
