My new way of thinking about anarchy

I experienced anarchy last night, and the experience taught me a lot, so I thought it best to share.
But first let me say in a utopian society, anarchy would seem to be favorable because the rules of the society would be engrained like the understood politeness and morals we have for our few best friends and family. But the situation I was in last night did not involve a few of my close friends and family. It was a very large group of drunk people, and in these circumstances.. (which may reflect the worldwide level of things) ...anarchy becomes toxic.
I'll give two examples besides my own which may be easy to understand.
A more appropriate example may involve a large group of children and a friendly clown. (Though let's pretend clowns aren't creepy, because let's be real, clowns can be creepy). All the children love this clown because this clown gives away free candy. In fact, the clown is covered in candy from head to toe including large amounts of candy tucked away in his pockets. Imagine he comes to visit these children. Now, the clown is a very nice and smart clown, he realizes the best way to distribute his candy would be to toss his candy out to a ring of children that stand at equal distances away from him. But, these children have no adult supervision. And because children are mentally underdeveloped, and anarchy instead will ensue. The strongest of the children will run up to the clown, getting as much as they can, while others may try to push their way to the front, competetion may ensue. Some children, knowing they are too weak, might be left thinking about the situation. They may use their minds and understand the importance of community, of the understanding that if they all stayed back, they all could get a share. However, without any representative, to make executive decisions and formulate rules that all the children will respect, the weak are left with nothing.
Another example could be about a fire pit in the mountains in the winter. Perhaps 40 campers have found themselves in a situation where their only source of heat is one bon fire. 20 could crowd around and get a lot of heat. Or 40 could back up and get sufficient heat. Now of course campers would be smart enough to take care of each other. But remember, our society today is not yet enough aware to be able to empathize with other individuals on that level, because we have not yet been able to have this level of awareness, for whatever genetic or environmental reasons. Instead we see others step infront to get more heat, despite it being an anarchistic act.
Main idea for both examples...The less conscious individuals were crowding over what everyone wanted to be a part of. It was anarchy.
It got me thinking...
Politics is the reaction against anarchy. Before organized community, brute strenght won out (like the strong big kids getting candy). As communities organized, these anarchistic influences were carried with them. However, instead of the strongest being the ones with the most power, it was those who had the most resources, or had the most connections to those with resources, etc. We have seen these people been called kings by divine decree. Luckily, we began to overthrow our kings and have removed these aspects of anarchy, of the strongest winning out, in a progressive effort towards equality.
The entire idea boiled down to one "tweet", I posted over twitter.com.
"Politics began when progressive mentality emerged from anarchy. History records the evolution from brute strength, to power, to equality."
What this implies is that the most conservative form of government is anarchy. It is the oldest form, and any conservative issue, whether it be keeping a monarchy, or keeping slavery, or keeping the rights away from women, or gays, or marijuana users, is a form of keeping separatness aka anarchy as a part of the system. Instead we must continue to progress toward equality.
Until all people can be totally conscientious of each other, we must be able to have politics to guide us to follow rules to keep us equal, such as backing away from the clown, and backing away from the fire. Until we can all be one, and function without the need of rules we already understand, anarchy must be avoided.
