It is my mission to live in gratitude, walking the path of beauty, to be accountable for my actions and thoughts, to reflect the beauty and strengths of others and to hold space in compassion and non-judgment for those wishing to heal.
I've taught yoga for 37 years and practiced as an herbalist and curandera for 39 years. Through a Peruvian Laika apprenticeship I have become a Kuraq Akulleq shaman and developed a sensitivity to the human energy field to be able to assist in our journey toward wholeness and balance. 

Skills and talents

Energy healing, community ceremony, yoga instructor. Background of twenty years experience in television and radio, with PBS, NBC, as an independent producer and station manager. Experienced trainer for corporate, governmental entities as well as small groups.

Interests

collecting stones, Gardening, Giving ceremony for communities, Kundalini yoga, student of Nature., ununpentium, using alcohol as fuel

B.S. in Training Technologies, cert. from LANL as technical writer, degree in Broadcasting

Additional study

Apprenticed with several Mexican and New Mexican curanderas, apprenticed with Peruvian shamans. Former speaker on quantum mechanics, comparative religion, Sikh Dharma.
